I'm sure you'll be fine if its not all the time - when I first saw my GP when I'd just found out I was pregnant, we were talking about foods to avoid and she told me all the official stuff, and then said that throughout her last pregnancy she ate runny eggs all the time because she loves them! I think really you've just got to trust yourself and be sensible - if you know they were decent eggs I wouldn't worry :) xxx

Well it's whether spoons I just totally forgot. But my t-shirt ate half lol

I eat runny eggs maybe every other week or 1/2 a month

As long as it wasnt 'snotty' and was just a runny yolk you'll be fine - they will be lion stamped eggs anyway- however the fraud that occurs with eggs is massive so even if it was a lion stamped free range egg 'apparently' there's always a possibility it wasnt but was sold by the producer that way :) x

I've had a couple and no bother at all! Very surprised at wetherspoons tho coz whenever I've asked in past for a runny egg they've refused to do one!

Oh wait it was a smith and jones not wether spoons - I was halfway through and thought sod it lol it's not like I had a neat vodka lol

B fine Hun I have runny egg for breakfast and did with my daughter

I'm still eating runny eggs. And rare steak. In fact I've had both on the same plate with a glass of wine!

I've eaten a few by mistake to when I thought I'd cooked them long enough to be hard! I've also eaten brie. Oops!

theyre fine hun, you can still eat runny eggs if theyre lion stamped, so my midwife said xxx

I was just wondering this myself as im going out for a meal tomoz and really fancy ham egg and chips, think i will treat myself cant hurt once can it??!!!!

Michelle. x

What I REALLY want is pâté :( pâté on crusty bread

I've had runny eggs a few times- as long as they're lion stamped and the yolk is hot I don't see a problem!

my midwife told me its fine in moderation i have had runny eggs xx

Just be careful when eating out because you don't know if they e bought lion stamped eggs or how long they've been sitting before being served. I ate lots of dippy eggs at home that I'd made myself. Kinda half dippy half not iykwim. Make sure the white is completely cooked also

Well my meal as wih me in 10 mins it was hot so I'm not worried. Sometimes I think the food stuff is overkill

I wasn't talking about your meal specifically! It was just a piece of general advice to ladies eating out.
