Abit of blood...contains tmi

So had my 20 week scan today,leo was fine although we have to go back next week as he was so snug in my pelvis with his feet next to his head he was very hard to look at... Anyway came home and even tho i have put oh on a sex ban, a heat of the moment happened and i made him go gentle as i am very paranoid... Sex was really painful, i had stomach cramps and my back killed all the way through then two hours later i went for a wee and had a funny coloured cm with streaks of blood in it and now every time i wipe i still get some snotty like discharge with streaks of blood in it, i don't know whether to worry as it sounds like abit of muscus plug to me but scared to ring hosp as i feel like im wasting there time as i only had a scan today so i know bubba is fine but red blood is never a good sign, any other ladies had this xx

It is commonish to sometimes bleed after sex while pregnant, something to do with the cervix being sensitive. Cant remember its proper name.

Oh and it doesnt effect the baby at all.

Hey, I had this a few times after sex & MW said it could just be cervical erosion & not to worry. When we dtd a bit more it completely stopped & hasn't come back. Maybe cos you hadn't done it much recently your cervix just wasn't used to it. Or it could be a tiny cut - i get them a lot too if you're worried ring your MW but it all sounds very familiar to me! Xx
