Aaaarghh pains **Moany whinge sorry**

what kind of pains are they?

i have been having awful shooting pains and mild periody crampy

im very tired today so can't clean just want to curl up with hotwater bottle x

They feel like contractions to me but it starts with an intense pain building up in my back and then moves into my pelvis and the pain feels tighter and tighter then wears off.

I'm just taking Paracetamol and using a hot water bottle but TBH they aren't helping me much.
I find they are bad when I change position from standing to sitting.

Emma i need your pains and you need my waters breaking then between us we may produce a baby.

Hope they progress into something for you soon it must be horrible to think its not getting you anywhere. Although its probaly a long first phase.
