Really sorry to hear this. But at least this whole horrible experience has clarified it's something you really want AND you know you can concieve, so it can be all systems go for an Autumn bout of trying to conceive a happy healthy baby!!

I had a m/c last year, and it was a truly horrible experience. BUT on the positive side, it brought me and my then hubby to be a lot closer together, and made me realise how important trying to be a mum was to me (never had really thought about it before then). Also i'd been convinced i could never conceive, so each event, no matter how sad, was always a step closer to where i wanted to be. If that makes sense!

Holly I am so sorry that must be so awful!!

Get yourself fit and healthy to try again in October - I will def be having my next baby in the RVI so if we both get preg in October we might be in together.

If you have started a bleed then you normally class that as your af, how long it lasts is dependant on your own body...

I had a scan to check everything had passed but if you don't get a scan then the only way you can tell is if your discharge starts to smell as this would indicate an infection, hopefully that won't happen

And yes the bleeding and loss will re-arrange your cycles, the bleeding I had with my m/c was just less than a week and the cycle after m/c was over 40 days with ov on day 32, before being pregnant I had a regular 32 day cycle. 7 months down the line and I'm still not back to normal so be prepared for your body to be messed up for while, if you're gonna chart that'll be fantastic as ov might be all over the place for while.
