Hi ladies!

I'm new on here but wanted to get some thoughts.

I am due my period Friday (23rd). Last Friday (16th) I had a small amount of pink watery bleeding which lasted for about 2 hours and was very light. The next day I had some cramping but since then nothing.
The only other thing I've had is this on and off sinus type headache and pain in rift eye, but just discomfort Nd not requiring pain meds.l, this has been on and off for last 10 days.

I usually get headaches about 2 days before my period but not the sinus feeling.

I just wondered whether or not people know of any causes of a small amount of bleeding a week before a period!? I am praying it was implantation bleeding but don't want to get my hopes up and wanted to check if there could be any other reason!?
I'm not sure when to test, try to hold out until Friday and see if period comes? I don't wants to be dossPointed with a negative test if I do it too early ��

I was just about to update this thread, this morning I have had some brown/old blood when I wiped (sorry too much info!) and lots and lots of cramping since I got up. I never get this or cramping before my af, I always just get up the day I’m due on and I am on full flow. I’m due on sat/ sun so praying it’s implantation bleeding too! I’m going to hold off testing until fri/sat now so let’s hold off together!
I can’t advise you as with my previous two pregnancies I had bleeds throughout and they never got to the bottom of it, and I can’t remember any symptoms early on apart from nausea! Good luck and fingers crossed for us all waiting for the weekend! xxx

Fingers crossed for you! I’m pretty sure with my first I didn’t have any early symptoms but wasn’t looking for them or really knew much, I was 22, I’m now 30 and I was much more in tune with everything when I had my 2nd. I’ve miscarried and had chemical pregnancies so sometimes all those symptoms can be more of a disappointment! Just because you’ve had no symptoms is defo not a bad thing! Got everything crossed for you sweet xxx

I'm 7 dpo now and starting to feel so anxious. My AF is due around the 28th-30th, but my chest is already feeling tender to the touch and I've been getting bouts of slight nausea for the past 4-5 days. Don't know if I'm just overanalysing things, but I never get tenderness so long before AF, it's normally just a couple of days before.

Looks like that 2 hour spotting last Friday was just Mother Nature playing a trick on me! Period came last night ��

I’ve had more brown discharge this morning when I got up but nothing since, usually my period just comes straight away and not usually early, still lots of cramping too. I’m still holding on to a little hope that period doesn’t arrive before the weekend, itching to test in the morning but know it’s probably going to be a bfn! So sorry to those who have been struck with the dreaded af this week xxx
