6 week growth spurt?

Ralph is coming up to 6 weeks on Monday and today he is quite sleepy and taking half of his bottles where usually he guzzle them down. Is there a 6 week growth spurt? Usually when he goes thru a spurt he is non stop feeding.. Can a growth spurt be opposite to this ? He doesn't seem sick when his awake and normal temp etc .x

Oh and they can be very tired first and then very hungry or vice versa x

it may be that he is just starting to settle into a more relaxed routine xx

Albert's growth spurts alternate between him being almost comatose to having a bottle permanently attached to his face. I was told the sleepy ones are brain development and the hungry ones are growing but dunno how true this is
