5 week old picked up our lurgies?

Owen seems quite hot and bunges up his dads on beechams as he feels under the weather- sore throat headache etc. I don't feel 100% but I'm ok at the mo. Has own caught this bug?? I've put the saline drops up his nose so he breathing better. I would use calpol but u gotta be overa certain age - norm 2 or 3 months and Owens tiny! I don't think I need to take him docs yet or b e thing as he is drinking etc just a bit more work in the crying and settling department have ur Los had this or similar at 5 weeks and what did ya do / use xx

Drake caught our cold at 2 weeks old! Wasn't nice at all! All I could do was prop his mattress so he wasn't lying completely flat, make sure his nose was clear from crustys and keep an eye on him to make sure he wasn't too hot. Karvol capsules are fab but you can't use it till they're 3 months old! So frustrating! Hope your little man is feeling better soon hun xx

I'm just thinking about the calpol, we were allowed to give lo calpol after his first lot of injections (8 weeks), he was a premmie and weighed around 7lb when he had the injections and the calpol. And his corrected age made him around two weeks old at that time. xxxxxx
