4 Days with no poo :(

My poor little man!, he's 11 month old and has not had a poo for days..We're on day 4 of no poo!

He's really whiny at the moment, we've tried everything to try and get him to poo from giving his legs a little work out, massaging his tummy, juice and water..Nothing seems to be working..Im so worried :\

We've decided we'll see how he does today and if he still doesn't poo then its off to the doctor we go!

Anyone been through this and been fine?..Im just looking for reassurance as im so scared that somethings wrong with him!

James is a bit younger but when he was a few months old he used to go a week between poo's

My friends lo is on paediatric movicol to help her poo. She has real trouble and eats loads of fruit and roughage. See GP see what they say.

There is one simple recipe for kid's constipation - give them fresh orange juice. It must be freshly squeezed. Apart for obvious water content, it contains a lot of enzymes which help to soften hard stool in the intestine. It can be any other fresh fruit juice. Try it.
