38 Midwife appointment

Hi,

I had the 38 week appointment today and baby is not quite back to back but looks like its heading that way (its back is currently at my side) can anyone think of anything other that kneeling on all fours to try and encourage a turn? I did see a post a second ago about a breach baby. Is breach the same as back to back (sorry I am a bit stupid!!???

Any ideas (no matter how daft!) I will try! also any reccomended sleeping positions?

Also, does anyone know if when i go into labour and the baby is still back to back- will they give me a c section? i really dont want one of those!

One of mine was back to back but he actually turned as he was born so dont worry too much just yet

Thanks charlotte, i really am quite clueless to this pregnancy lark! he he! Well just sent hubby to the 24 hour tescos for an exercise ball so I can roll around on it! should be quite amusing to watch. hopefully there will be something good on TV to take my mind off it!

just need to type up my birth plan now, god feel like its never ending!
