It's when conception occurs but for whatever reason doesn't progress and just kind of 'leaves' the body. I think the only difference between that and a miscarriage, from what I can gather, is that a chemical was never destined to be a baby (it was lacking something from the beginning), whereas a miscarriage could have developed but didn't. Unfortunately I've had one of both in the last 3 months, I found the miscarriage much more upsetting because I'd gotten a bfp beforehand. Chemicals tend to 'leave' so early that you are unlikely to get a bfp first, and most people wouldn't even know they had had one if they weren't looking for it.

Always a good idea i nipped out earlier, just to the supermarket, was nice just to have a little walk rather than been stuck in the house watching either sports or kids programs lol x

I am on CD 27 (first month off pill) and was having constant cramping pains the last 2 weeks with the last 2 days feeling more like a tugging feeling but this weekend the pains have eased off, not really sure what is happening. I have used OPKs the last 5 nights and first 2 were very faint then the next 2 were considerably darker and then last nights was back to be faint so not sure if I ovulated late at CD 24/25. Didn't have OPKs earlier in my cycle to compare these to. I would love to get a BFP this month but know this is unlikely on my first month off pill, but at least if AF arrives I will know my cycle length.

I was thinking exactly the same as you last month (have only been off the pill two months myself) that I would at least know what my cycle length is. I was kinda relieved when AF arrived as I was reading stories that it sometimes can take months for an AF to arrive after coming off the pill. I keep telling myself that if AF does come again this month then at least I know if it's regular. Plus I will use the ovulation kits this time.

Well I never managed to go out! Sat and did my bookkeeping exam corrections as I noticed that I have been give a month free tutor support as so close to finishing the course! So feeling excited and happy that I have finished the exam again with the corrections so hopefully i passed it this time!! xx

My AF is due today at the latest. CD28 today. She arrived CD24 last cycle

Just been loo an i still have white CM, no muck yet. No tummy ache this morning either and no test to pee on

Can it be normal to have quite sstrong AF feeling before a BFP? Normally my AF will either ache then imediatley show or show then hurt. Not ache, wait a day then arrive xxxx

ooh chazabell late af what a good sign. About the pains mine is on the left side only all day but when i need the loo it feels more central and periody it might just be needing the loo?

is tummy bubbling a symptom? ive thrown up in my mouth 2 times, very gurgling tummy, weird tinges like AF on her way but no one shows up, also blinding headaces and bloating. are these symptoms?

Ive been to the loo, hadnt been since Thurs si could have been that, back ache could have been due to sleeping on the floor!

Feel fine and dandy today, not windy, or crampy, just my normal bloaty belly lol!

I did just pop out and buy some cheapie's xx

I've had the same as you except for the throwing up in mouth bit! Feeling queasy instead. Think they are symptoms, however, I'm just as confused as you are!

So tempted to test tomorrow but think 10dpo is a bit early still and will more than likely get a BFN. Argh.. hate this waiting lol!

well im not sure if i am or not, im thinking it might just be late, but i dont think ive ever had a late period. all my symptoms could be related to something else really, but i am feeling really 'heavy' like ive just eaten a massive meal all the time.

im also getting really mild like tugging sensation in my womb area, like the sort i get a bit before my period, but i checked again just now, my cervix has not moved, still facing a bit back, still clear unsmelling D/C and hard and high.

Just done my last test (bfn) this means I now have to wait til Wednesday to test as I can't get to the shop to buy any more til then, can't wait til Wednesday comes x

well i had a nap after dinner as i was shattered and i have woke up feeling really sick wish i hadnt had the bloody nap now! i feel bloated and a little achy in lower abdo! Had a nice bath anyways, a cold one at that as i was red hot and its made me feel a little better and now my DD is playin with my hair which i love so not all bad!! xx

After binning my opks true to form I bought more! Mmm if for example I was 10-11dpo and I had lines on cheap opks is that a good sign or do you always get lines on opks? Mine werent darker than the control but still very clear.

I'm CD45+ now so I'm no clue but bfn on pg test at the mo but all my twinges last week have stopped...what do you ladies think?xx
