29 weeks aches and pains

hiya all im 29 weeks 2days
and im gettin aching pains in my legs back and in my bits sorry if tmi anbody know if this is normal?? x

sounds like it might be baby moving down. a few of us have had similar pains and after visits to mw found baby had moved down. xxx
