at mine they did bp, urine, measured my belly, felt baby and listened to heartbeat, also took more bloods to check whether i was rhesus positive or negative. Pretty standard really.
As little as possible as at least that way you can't be disappointed. That's been my experience so far anwyay
They check your BP, urine, feel your tummy and you should get to listen to your baby's heartbeat. I haven't had a scan since 24 weeks as there's no clinical reason for me needing one. It might be too early for them to tell your baby's position etc. as at 28 weeks they're still very mobile so don't fret if you don't get all your questions answered.
BP, wee, belly rub and listen, bloods for the usual-aneamia etc. It's a good time to ask any niggling questions though. I was in and out with mine, but happy to be!
