28 day cycle today

well if am on the 28day cycle after was suppose to appear today.....

not sure if its on its way or what this morning ive woke up with what feel like growin pains n ive not managed to venture down my stairs yet purely cos i lack my get up an go today.... ever so tired n feeling sick! :/

so i suppose ill find out in the morning i guess! argh!
