2011 edition, What are you having for dinner?

Have just made an awesome Cottage Pie, it's just browning it's top in the oven. Had a pack of mince from my Aunt's local farm over Xmas, it's really really good. Never had supermarket mince anywhere near this standard!

Just had spag bol and it was so yummy. I'm fed up of roast dinners and christmas leaft overs, so nice to have some pasta.

We had pork and mushrooms on a bed of egg-fried rice tonight courtesy of OH, it was yummy!!

Now to think of something inventive to do with the chicken fillets tomorrow....

In the oven, honey and mustard chicken tonight poured over, whatever veg you like, wrapped in tin foil, 180 for 50 mins

It's so not like mustard! I love it it's gorgeous! They do lots, it's so handy, oven cooked chicken is so much nicer than fried IMO xx

I'll probably just whack it in the George Foreman thing tbh, or maybe do a stir-fry... mmm...

Do the oven, throw it in, set your timer, go have a nice relaxing bath, and when you're done, so's your dinner xx

Last night I made shepherds pie, was yummy and got heaps left over! I got a couple of new cook books so I've been making a few things. Made some amazinf onion gravy for sausages and mash the other day!!

Ive been soo lazy while visiting my mum and been enjoying all the nice ready things you can get here from iceland etc So havent been cooking an awful lot.. But once I get home on Sunday Ill have to get involved with this thread, as I love cooking Just has cheese on toast for breakfast yummmm

Im going out for dinner tonight with my friend Nicola for a catch up so not sure what im having but DD and DH are DEMANDING pasta as they are all turkey'd out lol!
