2 singleton pregnancies, small sac.

Wonder if anyone can help or share their experiences.

I have had spotting then heavy bleeding for 3 weeks. I thought I was having a MC this morning but got a scan and baby was there with heartbeat.

When looking for cause of my bleeding, they saw another baby. Baby 2 is measuring 2 days behind baby 1 but the sac is very very small.

I've attached a pic for reference. Has anyone had similar experiences? I've to go back in a week for a viability scan for baby 2.

Don’t want to read and run but my twins were measuring three days apart at my early scan and when the 12 week one came they were both measuring exactly the same. My sacks were of similar size though xx

I'm hoping the sac has grown by Tues on my next scan.
