2 questions about TENS machine, sorry.

I am having contractions and I am in the early stages of labour, i was wondering when i can use the TENS machine (ive just told a family member to get it from the pharmacy.

Also, I was wondering do you only put the pads on your back and if you put it on your back will that help the pain of the contractions or just the pain for the back.

you should use it straight away, in the beginning of labour, so your endorphion levels build up (it takes some time).

TENS machine should work for any pain!
