Tens machine

After feeling really crappy this week especially with the worst back ache ever, i invested in a mama tens machine last night, used it a couple of times today , when my back was really bad and it is the most wonderful thing ever. The pain just goes and then when i turn it off, my back is fine for hours after. I would highly recomend them.
Anyone else finding or found tens useful???

I used my tens during the early part of my labour. It was distracting but wouldn't say it was a wonder product! Useful tho as I spent my nights walking up and down the ward with it on!

I might change my mind, when i am in full blown labour and it doesnt seem to be working and i want to chuck it against the wall, but at the minute i only have it on a low setting and its really helping.

I got no pain relief from mine in labour either x
