2 positives but doubtful

Hi,
I’ve had two positive tests today however I’m doubting I am pregnant as I’ve been having what feel like period cramps? I was also waiting for an ultrasound to see if I have endometriosis as I’ve been having very painful periods could someone give me some thoughts?

No bleeding just cramps but they don’t last long, I’m very shocked haha so that’s why I doubting it

Pregnancy I had them up till 6-7 weeks x almost feels like Your period is about to start x

Thankyou, they do feel like pre menstrual cramps that’s why I was confused I only took the tests as I was due on today and hadn’t come on xx

I’ve done 2 more including a digital one and all came back positive so definitely pregnant, Thankyou!!
