Hi ladies! Just found out I'm pregnant. I'm still early (4 weeks). The problem is we're under offer on our house and will be moving to a different county but we can't put an offer in until our own missives are cleared, and then would need to wait for new missives to clear before we could move in and register with a GP. We have to move out late June if all goes well.
I called my local midwifery service who said there's no point in me making any appointments with them due to the move but when I called the new health board service they said I can't make any appointments until I'm registered with the new GP but "must" see me before 10 weeks (which is unlikely to be possible due to house situation). Fair enough but I'm worried about missing any important tests and checks. This is my first pregnancy and neither midwifery service was forthcoming about what actual tests and checks are required. Can anyone shed some light on what test, scans and checks there should be and when so I know if anything can wait or not?
Thanks so much for your help!
