My vision has been blurred for the best part of the day and almost wanted to throw up before and had a head ache thats not bad but slowly getting worse are these just normal pregnancy sympton??

You need to contact your midwife hun, this could be a sign and preeclapsia...very important that you get checked out.

Your vision does become affected in pregnancy, but it shouldn't cause you problems like sickness or headaches.x

Can't answer that for you Hun as not a doc. But your supposed to contact your care giver if you have any change to your vision thay is followed with a headache. As I said it could be preeclapsia...or you just may have a slight increase in your blood pressure. Either way it's importnant you by checked out right away.x

You need to get checked out hun, one thing I was warned about was if I had blurred vision and headaches to contact the hopsital immediately.

Yeah it can go unnoticed and only really show in blood tests and uring tests. Usuallyswollen limbs is another sign.

What an idiot! Having blurred vision, feeling sick etc could have easily been something more serious and you definitely did the right thing by getting it checked. Why doesn't she just do her job instead of insulting you for looking after you an your babies health?

Argh that comment has annoyed me lol.

That's completely rude and out of order!!! I would have given the cow a piece of my mind! Pre eclampsia is extremely dangerous and can have severe consequences - if you get any symptoms they stress that you contact a hospital straight away! She wants to be thankful that you don't have pre eclampsia! can't believe the health service contradict themselves like that. I'm sorry you were spoken to like shit, that's bang out of order. X

thanks i just couldnt believe the cheek of her then she said something about me being 30weeks pregnant?! i was like am 35weeks makes me think did she even read my notes

I'm disgusted!! I'm a nurse and would never talk to my patients like that. If it's such an inconvenience for her to check you and baby over then maybe she needs a career change. It's attitude like that that really is unhelpfull i hope you feel better soon Hun take things easy xxx
