16week check! :)

Had my 16 week check and finally got to hear LO's Heartbeat!

So reassuring knowing everythings ok inside! checked my pee and thats all good too...

...does anyone actually know what things they check in the urine sample? I guess protein but what else?

Now the count down begins to 25th October...my next scan!

Cool, i was wondering about infection-as Midwife said i had one but then GP checked and nothing ever came back about it!

they check for blood, protein, sugar and any infection. they also can tell if your dehydrated by the colour

Isn't it! I was worried she wouldn''t be able to find it but there it was nice and strong! I am gonna go home and try and find it myself now that i definitely know its there-and can be found!

(Sue, I deliberately don't use FMU because its darker and smellier than other wee (that is really stupid isn't it)).

no...when i made a booking for my check they gave me a pee pot there and then so depending on when the app was i could go and just bring it in with me!
