Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could help with any suggestion,
I am still breast feeding my 16 month old, and so far it has been great after a diffiuclt start. My LB still loves feeding and if I'm with him will have short feeds several times during the day and once or twice at night, which I am fine with as we co-sleep. However, a couple of weeks ago he started to get loads of new teeth, including his back molars. He hasn't been biting but the new teeth have rubbed the skin in one spot on one nipple, I just strated putting lansinoh on and thought it would heal. Its now two weeks later and it is so sore and is has grown into a wound and got quite deep.
It is really painful to feed him , so I stopped and thought I would let it heal but that side is getting really full and expressing is just not working, and I have had mastitius a few times before so really don't want it again!
I'm not sure what to do - also lb is going crazy wanting to feed from his favourite side!
Help!
