Little man is coming up to his 1st birthday so I'm thinking his disrupted sleep schedule is due to a leap but could do with some advise.
He normally sleeps 6.30/7pm till 6.30am or 6 at the earliest but for the last week hes been waking up at 5am! Does this sound like a leap to you. Will he go back to sleeping later? God I hope so I'm exhausted.
He's also started pooping in the night so this night also wake him up but ive not done anything different with his feeding. Any ideas?
