11 weeks all symptoms have gone

Hi ladies

I am from the first trimester group.. and thought my question will be suited here..

I am nearly 11 weeks and I have not really had symptoms.. but today the abdominal tenderness and pain I have had since my missed P and tender boobies have disappeared over night.. I am getting worried as I am not sure if this is normal..

Also, I am losing weight from not being able to eat..

I'm trying to not think about it and avoiding dr google lol

I’d honestly try and make the most of it lovely! This time around from 12 weeks my symptoms pretty much disappeared and then a week or so later I go hit with an influx of migraines!

A lack of symptoms doesn’t necessarily mean anything bad. It could just be that you’re really lucky! When is your 12 week Scan? X

I haven't had any symptoms since around week 8, was so worried but now 15 weeks and everything is fine. We are the lucky ones from that what everyone has told me.
