10 day old bad belly and really unsettled

My 10 day old little boy seems to have terrible bellyache. In the hospital he had SMA glass bottles and then some cartons when we came home but sick was pouring out if his nose so I put him on aptamil from about day 4 he was fine for a week then on Friday developed a horrendous gassy tummy and was writhing around and upset. I tried some SMA again and he was much more settled for 24 hours but then struggled to poo and has been very upset all night.

So I think he's better on aptamil and he's now poo'd with that but has anyone else had a really gassy baby with aptamil?

I've found the ready made milks made Ollie really sick. And I also noticed milk at room temp not warmed up gave him tummy ache. I am using cow and gate to top up breastmilk and have had no problems xx
