What you having for dinner tonight?

We are having Rib-Eye Steaks done on the BBQ with some roast balsamic veggies (red onion, peppers, courgette, aubergine and tomatoes) and some new potatoes.

The veggies are roasting just now and smell lush!!

And then we all have a crunchie Ice Cream in the freezer with our names on them

ooohhhh your roasted veggies sound yummy. I do them a lot with fry light. very tasty

I've got leeks, mushrooms, red onions, chives and herbs mixed with rice and king prawns.
