Your top tips re: constipation and digestive problems

well I've been trying a combination of a homemade fruit smoothie in the morning and a glass of prune juice in the evening. Seems to be working a bit - just quite slowly....

really must try not to have another fortnight of eathing pretty much nothing but carbs otherwise I might never poo again...
 
In my pregnancy book it recommends dandelion for constipation. It said about getting the leaves and making tea with them.
I'll dig the book back out later and double check but i'm pretty sure thats what it suggested.
