"Gave birth at 12:38 to my handsome little boy weighing 6lb 1oz! He's so dainty! Am being sent home so just waiting on hubby. Will update later. Oh and still havent decided on his name!"

I'm confused though I thought she only went into labout this morning and is going home?

If labour and delivery goes straight forward then you can be discharged quickly (this isn't her first baby). I've been told that if there's no complications and i give birth in hospital then I can be discharged within 4 hours.
