I'm on cd20, either 6 or 7dpo of my first proper cycle off the pill (I had one lot of bleeding 2 weeks after I stopped the pill, then had a 27 day cycle and am now on cd20 of my next one) and I've just had really bad cramps in the line of my belly button. They almost took my breath away they were that bad.
What could it be? Hunger (not eaten since 1pm) or something related to my cycle?!
