lol its possible, it is a bit acidic. add some ice cream into the mix lol that might calm it down

Ya pineapple could be the culprit.

I have not had heartburn in weeks but got a bout of it the other day for no reason.
I have loads of yukky gaviscon tho. Find it helps a lot

Yeah I swig gaviscon out the bottle lol doc gave me the advance stuff Which is peppermint much nicer ad thicker than the aniseed stuff

I'm still getting bad heartburn every night. I love the gaviscon liquid as it sorts it straight out but at £4.50 a bottle and I get through one almost every night its just too expensive! So am now crunching Rennies every time i lie down.
