I put a post on the Waiting To Conceive page last night and when I read it back to OH that we had 2 months to wait he pulled a face but I didnt really notice.
Anyway today he asked exactly why we were waiting and I explained that I didnt quite understand the NHS maternity info as to whether I had to be employed a full 12 months before TTC or (having read it again) that I must be employed for a full 12 months by the 11th week before the delivery date.
Therefore I have to be continously employed for 23 weeks (40weeks -11weeks = 29weeks, therefore 52weeks service -29 = 23weeks)...I have actually been there 41 weeks therefore if we fell pregnant straight away (which happened both times in 2005) I would still qualify for full maternity package!!!!
I had my coil removed on Monday 8th March and AF started on Wednesday so we will try this month. I used to be a perfect 28 day cycle but will see what happens, nothing to lose really if it takes a couple of months to work out cycle dates (other than my lack of patience and probable sanity waiting for AF each month)
