hey hun. I have PCOS and I have diabetes, well was diagonosed in pregnancy. I was taking metformin and was given insulin like you will probably. Its all fine doesn't harm the baby and it helps them not to become too big as your sugar levels are not too high. My son was born fine weighed 6lb 10 oz's. I am insulin dependant diabetic and on metformin too. Also TTC and my Doc said there is no reason to stop taking it whilst pg as it's harmless...
