worried and scared

hi all i'm new on this site, i know this might sound stupid or whateva but i had my 3rd child in oct 04 and already i am a couple of months pregnant again. i have a 5yr old,a 2yr old and an 8 month old.this pregnancy wasn't planned for this early.i am 24yr old in oct.what do i do,i dont believe in abortions.i have an doctors appointment this tuesday to confirm the pregnancy.if any advice is given it would be very much helpful.

If you really don't want anymore pregnancy's get your tubes tied, or have your significant other get a vasectomy. You should have this next baby, and do something permanent about your fertility. Congrats on the babe though!
