please help im really worried 
My little boys penis looks really swollen and it slightly red and open at the tip if that makes sense. He doesnt appear to be in any distress, he keeps having screaming moments but i think thats down to a bit of wind. We always make sure its down when securing his nappy and He's still weeing ok. we gave him a bath earlier to make sure he is thoroughly clean .
The midwifes coming tomorrow but im still worried and wondered if any of you have any idea what it could be? or what i should do?
