I'm so happy I finished at work today :cheer: . I've got loads of annual leave to take before my matenity leave starts. It's such a relief not to have to think about work at all although I'm sure I'm going to get rather bored over the next 7 weeks waiting for LO to arrive. I suppose I'd better start getting things organised for LO now - like a room, some stuff :D

yeah!! :cheer: Enjoy

today is my first day of maternity leave, it feels great!!

x

im in the same place, i have all this time free and nothing to do, so i am doing my baby stuff too :)
prepare prepare prepare!!! :)

 i took 7 weeks off b4 the birth as well, and i'm so glad i did coz motherhood is so time-consuming! i loved all that free time i wont get it again!

Enjoy your maternity leave, must be a wonderful feeling to know your far enough into the pregnancy to be allowed maternity leave!! Enjoy, catch up with errands, arranging things, last minute plans, LO will be here before you know it :cheer:

yea i should of worked till july really last time i listen to that workplace. ive had to borrow money of my bf :)

Enjoy your time off. i'm sure you'll be busy soon.

It great relief knowing you havent got to go to work, i also had loads of annual leave to take before maternity so hopefully baby will come only days into my maternity leave and we have more time together before i have to go back.....which is going to be the worst day ever!!

i also finished today, they put balloons around my till and got some cards and a next voucher, got quite emotional

I finished work on Friday too only got 3 weeks to go and believe me I was glad to finish it was taking me longer and longer to get out the door in the mornings. :D and the trek to the toilets every 5 minutes was a pain. REally looking forward to next week gonna clean out my car and finish washing any baby stuff that's not already done. I am so hoping the nesting instrint will kick in too so the house gets a good clean before bubs arrives.

I finished work last week as I had tons of annual leave to take too! I was getting pretty tired though as I'm a nurse and my job can be stressful!! With my last baby I didn't finish till 36 weeks and had her at 39 weeks so I didn't have that long relaxing time (although I am obsessively cleaning now so am quite busy haha!). My daughter is on her school holidays now though so it is nice to have that one on  one time before her new sibling arrives!!
