Womb ache/pain

Since yesterday I've had an aching womb - sort of like period pain but a bit different and seems to get worse when I walk.

I've not had a period yet as I'm still breastfeeding.

Anyone had this?

To be honest i cant say i have had any pains chick, maybe it is your period comming. But im not to surexxxx

ive constant little pulls n aches in there. it feels like its my period coming but its not. Ive had this since he was born xx

Been to docs today and he's given me some antibiotics for a possible endometritis... If no better in a week, time for swabs and further investigation

Infection of the womb lining
I had a retained placenta so I'm worried it's something to do with that.
