Both the scans and when the midwife has tried to cheak the heart I have been told the little Pip is a really really lively little thing. I have just started feeling the kicks last week or so but now shes really going for it! I was just wondering if you have had a really lively baby before they were born has it carried on since they were born too?x

I'm not too sure as this is my first but I'll be interested to know because this baby doesn't stop, so I'm going to be one busy Mama when it arrives! :D

I have the opposite - little man was quiet most of the time, apart from at night.

Same thing applies now - quiet most of the time (apart from today :( ) and wants to be awake at night

Oh yes  I started to feel Jacob moving at 16 weeks, at both scans they had trouble getting the measurements and the MW always had trouble finding his heartbeat all because he moved so much. When I was pregnant I hardly had a minutes peace and now Jacob is here I can see why!

He is never still! Always wriggling, waving his arms around and kicking his legs even when he is asleep

Oh yes, when i was pregnant she would move quite alot and they would be very strong kicks, which sometimes would be a bit

Now she is here she is a right wriggler and such a strong baby too :D

yes- i had a very kicky baby in my tummy when i was pregnant and she is still a very kicky baby now!
she moved less when i got really big in late 3rd tri coz she probably had no space, im only small!
but oh my days, she has definately got VERY kicky legs now!

Aaron was a serious wiggle bum when I was pregnant he just didn't stop all day or night! He used to wear me out  When he was born he was constantly throwing his arms around or kicking his legs about and we used to say, now we know what he was doing in the womb  Even now he has to do everything at 100mph!

This baby is quite lazy most of the time, I'm hoping she'll be a bit less active than her older brother or I'll be grey at 25

Oh i hope this is true, Tally doesnt stop all day, but as soon as i settle down for bed she goes quite and never wakes me. I got a rude hello this morning in the form of feet to ribs but i was already awake with back pain!

Shes gonna wear me out if she doesnt stop all day though. I know where she gets the hyperness from though, baby daddy is like a little kid at times running around until he makes himself sleepy

Ky use to wiggle loads by the time i was 17 weeks by the last ten weeks he'd kick so hard it was like something out of the film alien! little arms and legs would be sticking out all over my stomach!

when he was born and right up to now he can never keep his legs still.

My son was the opposite, very laid back in my tum, to the point where i was worried. He came out screaching with arms and legs waving and has never stopped :rotfl: (now 2!) This one is very active so if it works the same for me i should have a chilled out bubs who sleeps all the time  ~(Wishful thinking ey!)

Yup. Bub was very lively in my tum - especially mid morning, early afternoon and evening. Same applies now except that she's windy and colicky in the evening - boo!
