Why is milk making me sick?

I've had this happen a couple of times now, when I drink a glass of milk it makes me really nauseus and this morning I just threw it back up. Nothing else in my stomach came back up, just that. I love milk and I'm trying to get my calcium but why is it making me so sick?

Exactly the same happens to me Hun! When I first found out I was pregnant I was drinking about a pint of milk a day but after 7 weeks pregnant it kept coming back up! I can't eat cheese or yogurt either cos that comes back up too don't really know how else to get calcium ATM!

Same here, I'm finding diary products make me feel very nauseous. I'm hoping I'll be OK by 2nd trimester so that I can start taking in some calcium again.

I had to avoid milk for most of the first tri because the same happened to me. The good news is that pretty much bang on 12 weeks all was well again.
