Just been to the midwife. was abit worried that she would say Noa is already to big as i feel huge!
She checked and tummys growing was just perfect! whoop! 26 cm!
When we listened to the heartbeat Noa gave her a good kick haha!
she said there was nothin wrong everything was perfect!

I have sent of the form for the £190! (fingers crossed it will turn up soon)
The only thing.. the classes are fully booked for couples, only "just mum" groups left to attend.. i want OH there as he will be the only support i will have as i got no family in england.
SHe did put me on reserve list tho..

She also gave me loads of credit for stopping smoking and i tell you, i needed to hear it as no1 else have said well done (not even OH) and IT IS HARD!

just a pointless tread but i was just happy and wanted to share it with someone!

Ooooh yay! I got my form signed today and will see mw in two weeks for 28 week appt as I don't gave a 25 week one x sent off form so we'll see when money arrives x hopefully in time for our house move! X didn't know you'd quit smoking! Well done! That is absolutely wonderful to hear! x do you hope to stay quit now? I'll be honest I'm thinking of not drinking as I haven't missed it and am enjoying juice and smoothies x

whooop! last time i bought a pack (10) was when i was about 16 weeks and it lasted me a week!

i know this will make me sound really bad.... but.... i was smoking weed EVERYDAY for about 2 years but have not even looked at it since i found out i was pregnant! So i had 2 things to stop. And im dead proud of myself!

Aww glad you had such a great appointment hun!!
I wouldn't have ever called myself a 'smoker' but I used to have puffs of my OH's fags (and joints too lol), and I found missing those hard enough, so massive 'well dones' from me cos I can't imagine how hard it must've been for you!

im the same isobel i stopped smoking about 20 weeks or something and i did smoke weed before my pregnancy to not alot but just the odd time here and there. But i aint even thought about it just cant wait for the next 9 weeks to pass to have my wee baby.

i got my 190 really quick from when i posted the letter am just waiting on my 500 now it better hurry up x

i smoked 15-20 daily before i knew i was pregnant and after that it was 2-3 a day for a few weeks and then after 12 weeks scan 1 a day and its gone down gradually to like 1 a week

I hope i Dont start again after Noa is born tho. OH has never even tried smoking a fag so that will prob help.

Well done Adele for quitting, its not easy. XX

Glad you had a great appointment!! I know how hard it is to quit smoking, I was smoking about 20 a day before I found out I was pregnant. Then I smoked maybe 10 a day from week 6 up until easter. OH had no idea I was still smoking after we found out at 6 weeks but then we went away for a long weekend and it was just me and him, so I couldnt have one at all. I still feel like I desperately want one, more so the last 2 weeks actually. Its soooo hard! Im really proud of you, and you should be too!! xxx
