Which is best for the sperm?

Been ttc for a while now and no luck.
Am just in my fertile window. Seeing my partner tomorrow and all weekend.
We last had sex last Sat (he works away which hasn't been helping us ttc).
Is it best for him to ejaculate today for tomorrow PM or use the old sperm?!
Sorry for TMI but am desperate to give us a good chance of conceiving this month

I'm not sure what you mean about ejaculating today for tomorrow or using old sperm? Sperm can live inside you for up to 5 or 6 days although the norm is probably only 2-3 days. Outside of the body it dies pretty quickly.
