When is the best time of day to use the OPK's?

Hi Layla
The research says that between 12-3, becuase your lh goes up and down in the day. But everyone is different i discovered that mine were strongest at 9am rather than lunch time but i would do lots of tests on a surge day so that you can see when its strongest for you.

You can get 30 ov tests on ebay for less than £5 which gives you the freedom to investigate.

yea maybe test a few in the day n whatever is stronger then jump in bed for few hours x

I test twice a day - as sometimes your surge can only last 12 hours and testing once a day you are more likely to miss it......... usually do mine between 9-10 and then again between 4-5.
