I actually think I’m allergic to pineapple though. It makes my throat itch every time I eat it but if it means helping with implantation I’ll havs the itchy throat hahahaha xx

Wonder if pure pineapple juice would work? x

The month I got pregnant I had pineapple the day after I ovulated. The entire pineapple over 3-4 days.

That's normal. Pineapple has an enzyme called bromelain, that actually eats you (digests protein). It makes your skin in your mouth tender and can be itchy.

Oh wow that’s interesting thanks alwayscoffee.
So pineapple to be eaten the day after you ovulate? X

Can you drink pineapple juice instead? What’s it meant to do? X

I am eating pineapple like mad too. Char, I find the pre-cut stuff makes my throat itch and feel like it's closing up sometimes, I wonder if its sometimes got preservatives because it doesn't always happen and its never happened when I cut the pineapple myself.

It helps you implant. I would suggest eating the raw pineapple. Pineapple juice is filled with sugar and isn't as fresh/raw. They say the core is the best to consume.

For this cycle i started eating pineapple once ovulation confirmed.. so 3dpo

So i have done a little bit of research and watched some videos on youtube.
It is the core of the pineapple that is the bit you should be eating.
A few ladies have blended 1 part of the core and then one slice of the cut pineapple and mixed it with water and drunk it which is probably easier.
Or another way to just cut the pineapple up in wedges and eat 1-2 slices a day making sure there is part of the core in each wedge. x

Has anyone ever seen this or had this before on a chart? Why do charts do this and why? (its first time i seen it)
