What to eat during the 2ww

Hi lovely ladies!

Just wondering what you all eat during the 2ww? Are there things that can maximise the chances of conception and implantation?

Any advice would be appreciated xx

I tend to not eat anything during 2ww that you can't eat when pregnant. As for helping with conception I'm not sure x

Thanks Cosmic and Hardtolove - I pretty much do what you both do. I think I am hoping that someone will suggest something scientifically proven to make it happen - ha!

The main thing is to eat well, get lots of vitamins and minerals, try to avoid processed carbs and sugars.
