When to do two meals a day.

My lo is 5 months and is now weaning. But how do u know when to start two meals a day xx

Hiya belle, I followed lo's lead we started with breakfast then we tried something at tea time or you could do dinner, now we do 3 meals a day I would maybe try lo and see how it goes that's all I did

Are you weaning traditionally?

We've done blw so have pretty much gone straight into 3 meals a day.

I just posted a link on tweetyfoo's thread to the dairy council- I'm sure on there it has a guide as to when to increase food etc x

We're also blw and are giving 3 meals a day as he doesn't eat a lot. Otherwise I'd say you'll know when they start eating more and could do with an extra meal xx

I would say the moment that LO starts asking for milk before its due its next bottle/boob it's time to introduce one more meal?

I do breakfast and afrernoon dinner at moment of porridge and mashed veg x
