When to BD and not much cm

Hiya so we BD on cd8 and it is cd10 today and it looks like I might get a positive opk tomorrow so as I am trying to do SMEP plan would you BD today and tomorrow and the next couple of days or skip today and start tomorrow? The problem is we can’t BD too much and also I haven’t got much cm even though I am getting high fertility from my device? So I am not sure what’s going on this month to be honest. I am thinking skip BD today and start tomorrow as we don’t have much stamina to do 5 days in a row.

Could you BD tomorrow morning? Youll have more energy after a night sleep too. If you get positive opk tom then the timing will be spot on. x

Tbh we are the same....struggle 5 days in a row! We were shattered. Taking more relaxed approach this month. Im cd9 and have a bit of ewcm....i dint usually get much each month either so have tried preseed in the past but to no avail! Im done with opk-ing and temping. Going to just try and dtd when we feel like it during this month.....last time we did this i caught! Altho ended in mmc at 10wkd in sept....but just goes to show its not worth the stress! Try and do it when you fancy it during fertile window....i only dtd twice the month i caught....we werent even trying....typical! Good luck maximus x

Ok so decided on no bd tonight and bd tomorrow and if I don’t get my peak than it could be a waste as there is no way he could bd 4-5 days in a row so I am really hoping for a peak tomorrow. Thanks melly

I'm cd10 as well today, wanting to follow smep as well and I really can't be bothered already lol.
So I'd wait til tomorrow too if I were you!

I always worry I don't have enough cm but maybe I just don't see it because it stays up there..
Do you use preseed or conceive plus? These are meant to help xx

Good luck maximus.....we dtd last night cd9 so prob wont now till xmas eve....even every other day is hard! We both get so exhausted! Sounds like the three of us are at a similar stage. Good luck to you to millie x

I think we are at very similar days I am cd 11 today and still not peak but feels like I have some cm but not sure. So If we bd today and I am likely to get my peak tomorrow so that means 4 days in a row but my husband already said no way to 4 days!!! This TTC doing my head in I wish I could just know the exact date to do this. Anyway I hope we all get BFP this month so I am assuming we all be testing the first week of jan?

I'm cd11 now too!
We managed to dtd last night but now I can't opk or dtd for 2 days as we're away. It looked almost positive yesterday but they can look like that for days so just hoping that pos opk and ovulation can wait til we're back home!

If af comes I have to start taking medication for my frozen embryo transfer.. really don't want to go through it
Just want to have a natural pregnancy!

Thanks melly I wish we had the stamina of young couples or newly weds lol we have been married for 16 years so this bd schedule is so annoying that be honest. If it doesn’t work than I might just not use any opks next month!

I hear you! Im 42 and DH is 41! We are not opk-ing or timing things this mobth. Going to just dtd when we fancy it and hope for the best....i enjoyed it much more last night as a result! best of luck x

Millie....i have short cycles too....usually 25 days altho been a little out of sink since mmc in sept.hopw you get your bfp early jan x
