really early, from about 3 weeks. (just one nite-feed thru 10 hours) HOWEVER 
she "regressed" at 4 months and began waking every half hour 
but iv heard FF babies can also start doing this around 4 months too- its a behaviour thing i think. this continued thru til she was 8 months old- coincidentally, i did stop BFing at just after 8 months too- but also moved her into her own room and she cut her first tooth; so idk which factor, if any, had anything to do with it. xx
