When did my cycle start officially???!!

Bit confused at the moment - came off the pill recently and have had 2 Afs since then. Had some spotting on Fri 30th Jan and so of v light flow (tmi - sorry) til the Wed when it became heavy for 5 days. Should i count the Fri as when my cycle started or the Wednesday when it started more normally???? Its confusing!!!!

CD1 is when you start to get red blood, wouldn't count spotting as AF x

CD1 is the day she comes full flow (be it light or heavy)

It is very confusing but you will get the hang of it
