Whats normal weight for 35 weeks?

Hi everyone!
My sister is diabetic and 35 weeks pregnant shes been told from the start she will probably be induced early to do with risk of sugar baby, she had a scan today and they say baby is about 7lb which is big but would be nice to know what a normal weight at that stage is?
She now has to weight for her next scan in 2 weeks and then they might do something!

I think the average is about 5lb

the baby will be bigger anyway hun due to the sugar my dd was born with lots of sugar at 35+5 and she was 10lb 40z

Wow Mary 7lb doesnt sound so big now!!! Were you induced? Cause babies bigger does it fair beter being born early?
