I would agree. Tonight he wouldn't nap and it took me 2 hours to get him down!

Naughty boy!! ....I find this with Ethan too although he copes better with the lack of a final nap now he's older! If he doesn't take his last nap I always put him to bed earlier! ...Keep working on it hun, u r doing fab and he is showing u he CAN do it now, so I definitely think its the start of better things for u! Ethan was always a nightmare napper and sleeper until around 5.5 months and then bit by bit it got better and better from there on! It will make such a difference when uve cracked this and he wakes less in the night- u start to feel human again!! X

yeah...i have found hannah can kind of drop her nap around 4pm and not be 'too' bad at bedtime. it used to be horrendous if she had not slept since 2/3.....

must be as she is getting a bit older. i do prefer her to have a quick catnap around 4/5 though xx
