i don't think you would.

you'd have to ask members to nominatethemselves then show the nominations to all. Ask members to pm you their chosen person so that it would be private.

i do think that the moderators should be nominated by the memebers though. After all the members make the forum what it is and should decide who moderates it.

I disagree I run a forum and it is a nightmare at times sometimes you have to choose who the admin and other mods feel work well...

Also someone is is popular on the board might not neccesarily make them a good mod?

I run a tiny forum and my mods are brill- it does seem to work out that the mods are those I've chatting to,get on with on messenger or PM.

Becsss you don't need to pay just for a board (like you do for a websiite). ********* is free and I think it's ok

Well i think all the mods here are great, and are alwasy at hand to help us whenever possible.
I know they cant alwasy post as most of them have babies and jobs and a life - make me a mod im alwasy on and have no life
